If you want to avoid a longer picture downtime in any circumstances with Speed Lamp Swap you can play it safe. Should the original lamp stop lighting, the spare lamp automatically switches on and takes the place of the original lamp. Images reappear in less than 10 seconds.
After a lamp change the Smart Lamp System recognizes the brightness of the new lamp and the display cubes automatically match their brightness with the others. The status of the display cube is also always on view: the Front Status LED display not only instantly shows you that there is a problem but also indicates the solution.
