Waiting for a photo book is a thing of the past now Pocketbook Express has arrived. With this new self-service system, end customers can design customised photo books themselves directly at the point of sale. The photo book is then produced automatically and customers are able to take their finished pocket book from the output tray after only a few minutes.
The new Pocketbook Express is one of the few self-service systems which creates photo books in a 10 x 15 cm end format. This highly popular format is practical and will fit into any pocket. Made of real photo paper, the pocket book is printed in sequence before being automatically assembled and intricately seamed instead of stapled. The number of pages can vary between 10 and 30 pages in even numbers.
Customers can conveniently compile their pocketbook completely unaided on the self-service system terminal. Input is carried out in just three steps on the touch screen: upload data and select photos, use backgrounds and suggested layouts, decide on the subject and title for the cover page and you’re done. Up to seventy individual photos can be included per pocket book, depending on the number of pages.
