With the EX240U, Mitsubishi Electric is introducing a new mobile data projector. Thanks to its features it recommends itself for use wherever a fixed installation is out of the question but nevertheless the intention is to present or teach professionally. Its high image quality, its network capability and its 3D ready feature make it a universally usable projector, for example, for presentations in a company, for internal further training or education at school.
The EX240U uses DLP-TechnologyTM and has a brightness of 2.500 ANSI lumen. It is equipped with Brilliant ColorTM technology and guarantees a high level of color intensity and vividness over the entire projection area. With a weight of just 2.4 kg, the handy device is easily portable. It can be installed quickly and is simple to operate because all the controls can be conveniently regulated by remote control. The Instant Shut-Down function provides for direct switching-off, shortens dismantling time and also increases mobility in daily use. At the next place it is used, the adaptation to various wall colors can be done effortlessly with the practical wall-screen function.
The low operating noise of just 29 dB guarantees that lecturers and listeners are able to concentrate fully. The operating and maintenance costs are low. For example, the lamp has a life of up to 4.000 hours and the power consumption in the stand-by mode is only 0.5 W. Both figures from the manufacturer refer to operation in Low Mode. Password protection and theft protection deter would-be thieves, should the projector ever be left unattended.
